Dominic and Catherine De Souza are the Senior Leaders of One Church, a new and growing Elim Pentecostal church in the city of Norwich. They are passionate about seeing lives and culture transformed by Jesus, building and equipping the church and communicating God’s incredible love and truth.

Prior to leading One Church, Dominic was the Senior Leader of Letchworth Garden City Church, a thriving Elim church in Hertfordshire. Up to 2009 Dominic was an Assistant Pastor at Kensington Temple, Elim’s largest church, where he also served as Director of Training.
Dominic started preaching at the age of 11 and entered into church leadership at the age of 13. He went on to become an award-winning student at Cambridge University, where he read Theology.
Dominic serves on the Advisory Council for the Cinnamon Network and as Parliamentary Representative for Elim, as well as being a member of the Elim Metropolitan Regional Team.
Prior to leading One Church, Catherine was on the Senior Leadership Team of Langley House Trust, a national charity which works to transform the lives of male and female offenders and those who are at risk of offending.
Previously Catherine was a departmental head at Holy Trinity Brompton in London, overseeing Alpha International’s ministries in prisons; Caring for Ex-Offenders; and in equipping churches across the UK and around the world to seek justice in and for their communities.
Catherine serves on the board of offender employability charity Clean Sheet.
